These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bjbji ("bjbji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bjbji.club (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or making any deposit, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or participate in any games or betting markets offered by bjbji. Continued use of the Platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes your continued acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is written in English and, where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute. References to Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) and local payment methods reflect the bjbji Platform's primary service offering to users based in Pakistan, though the Platform is operated under an international gaming licence and this Agreement applies globally to all registered users.

To register and maintain an active account on bjbji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bjbji strictly enforces this age minimum in line with its responsible gaming obligations and international licensing requirements.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, institutional accounts, or accounts operated by automated systems are not permitted.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether imposed by bjbji itself or by another gaming operator — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during which your account remains active.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. You must register, deposit, and play exclusively for your own account and with your own funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or director of bjbji or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. bjbji accepts no responsibility for account issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bjbji Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent this restriction — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bjbji reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and to void any and all balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits held across those accounts.

Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bjbji login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bjbji will not be liable for any losses — whether financial or otherwise — resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose because you shared, disclosed, or negligently exposed your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bjbji immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. bjbji will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

Account Verification (KYC). bjbji is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures on all player accounts. You agree to provide any documents or information requested by bjbji for KYC purposes in a timely manner. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bjbji may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Account Closure. You may close your bjbji account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to identity verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your last used payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Accepted Payment Methods. bjbji supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are generally credited to your bjbji account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the relevant payment provider. bjbji does not charge deposit fees, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside bjbji's control.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours
• Bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank): typically 1–3 business days
• SadaPay: typically processed within 1–4 hours
• USDT TRC20: typically processed within 2–6 hours subject to blockchain confirmation

Withdrawals may be delayed if your KYC verification is incomplete or if a withdrawal is flagged for routine compliance review. bjbji is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests as quickly as possible and will communicate any delays to the player.

Currency. All bjbji accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where USDT crypto deposits are made, the equivalent PKR value will be credited based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. bjbji accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PKR value of crypto deposits or withdrawals.

Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong entirely to you. The use of funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with bjbji's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

bjbji offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions tied to PSL and international cricket seasons. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion as communicated at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to your account — and any winnings generated from those bonus funds — are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 30,000 in eligible games before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all — check individual promotion pages for contribution rates.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the validity period will expire automatically.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, bjbji reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings from the withdrawal amount before processing.

One Bonus Per Player Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

bjbji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable grounds to do so, including in cases of technical error, system abuse, or regulatory direction.

Game Fairness. All casino games offered on the bjbji Platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and statistically consistent with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

Sports Betting. All sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, Test matches, and other sports — are governed by the specific event rules published on the relevant market page. In the event of any ambiguity, the general principle is that settled odds are final once a market is resolved, subject to the void bet and error correction provisions below.

Void Bets. bjbji reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• Where a bet was placed on a market that was published due to a technical error with clearly incorrect odds (i.e., odds that do not reflect the genuine market price)
• Where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not reach its required completion threshold for settlement purposes
• Where there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised by match-fixing or corrupt activity
• Where a bet was placed using funds obtained via a chargeback, reversed payment, or any fraudulent financial transaction

Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or in-play betting session, bjbji's system will attempt to complete the game round based on the last recorded state. The outcome of any game round interrupted by a disconnection will be determined by the game server record, which is the definitive record for all dispute resolution purposes.

Maximum Win Limits. bjbji may apply maximum win limits to individual game sessions, bonus-funded play, or specific promotions. These limits will be clearly communicated where applicable. Wins exceeding the applicable maximum will be adjusted to the stated cap before crediting to your account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjbji Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bjbji reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated balances, and to report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulent payment method.
• Money Laundering: Using bjbji in any way to launder proceeds of crime, to structure transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or to transfer funds on behalf of third parties.
• Cheating and Collusion: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in poker or other multi-player games, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to participate in games or place bets on the Platform without the prior written consent of bjbji.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings or platform access. Any funds subject to a chargeback may be immediately deducted from your account balance.
• Underage Access: Registering or attempting to access the Platform if you are under the age of 21, or facilitating the access of an underage individual to the Platform.
• VPN / Proxy Abuse: Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools specifically to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction or to circumvent account restrictions, IP-based limits, or security measures.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform software
• Use bjbji's name, logo, or branding in any commercial context or in a way that implies endorsement without written authorisation
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the Platform for any purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbji's total liability to any player in connection with this Agreement — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjbji shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, even if bjbji has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond bjbji's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, force majeure events, or third-party payment system failures

bjbji does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free of errors or bugs, or that the Platform and its servers are free of viruses or harmful components. bjbji will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to address technical issues promptly.

bjbji collects, processes, and stores personal data about its players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept bjbji's Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept any amended version of these Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact bjbji to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bjbji holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes about account closure, voided bets, bonus terms, or payment processing — the following process applies:

2. Nothing in this clause limits your ability to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
